Hello, My wife and I are considering entering into a house boat time share and don't have a clue about any of it. We would love to hear some of your comments about the pro's and con's of house boat time shares.
We have been snooping around on the internet and it seems that there is a wide difference in prices and fees.
If you could take a few mins to send a message on some of the pitfalls to watch out for when entering into one of these it would be greatly appreciated.
What happens when the boat gets to old?
What happens if the boat burns and you can't use it for your weeks on any given year?
What happens if the boat is out of service for any reason during your weeks?
