We are selling our share in a nice 55'Houseboat. We have it for 4 week's a year the first week is April 30-May 7 then the next one July 2-9 then the next is Oct 29-Nov 5 the last one is Jan 28-Feb 4. The whole thing rotates 2 week forward each year. The boat has new carpet inside and out it has two new fridges it has a/c, microwave, garbage compactor,TV/VCR combo,a gas pump station,two new 90 HP Johnson outboard motors, it also has a crane on the out side to pick up your watercraft.
