The houseboat is located on Vancouver Island Canada. It sleeps six,
with a full upper deck, It was custom built by myself, I have a full survey done in 1999. No, there is no trailer but you can a houseboat mover. The with of the houseboat is 14.5 feet by 50 feet, it has a one forty-five (145)
cubic inch Volvo Penta motor. It has a 3000 watt generator bought in 1999.It can also run on ship to shore power and it also has two three hundred watt inverters. It has a propane funance I don't know the output at this moment but it does heat the houseboat comfortably. It is a 1999 houseboat with steel pontunes, it has a 4 cyl volvo gas engine, it sleeps six with one set of built in bunks, it is located in Lake Cowichan which in on Vancouver Island in British Columbia Canada. We are will to sell it for 65000 CND and it was apraised at $126,000.
