65' 2-story houseboat for sale in jax. fla. needs some work but is livable. has 2- 330-d caterpillar engines(one works-the other needs work) 2-full bedrooms w/ full bathrooms, kitchen w/dryer,stove, food processor. centeral heat and air,large living room/dining comb,spiral staircase to upper level-huge room w/3 entries and outter deck. room has captain's helm. needs some work,but can be lve aboard or can be made into heck of a business. would like serious inquries only.......call for appt.904-766-9879. this boat has a fiberglass hull. also has storage below deck. we lived on her for 3-yrs. and loved every min. of it.... bob brown
